Well, lucky for all of us you can do that easily with Somm TV, created by Jason Wise. We chatted with Jason about the Somm movies that started him down this road, his background in underwater photography and how it all led him to create The Delicacy, a documentary about Sea Urchins and the fishermen and women behind it all. It was a labor of love that took him 6 years to complete but in the end produced a fantastic film about this unique and exotic food that fishermen risk their lives for on a daily basis to harvest.
